2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing,
or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law
to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which .com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
3. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
4. Misrepresentation
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing
may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
5. Changes to This DMCA Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
