Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests for both defective and non-defective products purchased through our website at https://textiletalisman.com under the following conditions:
- Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
- Refund requests must be made within 180 days of the delivery date.
- Customized or personalized items may only be refunded if they are defective or damaged.
Return Method & Fees
- Returns are processed by mail.
- A prepaid return label is included in your original package.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Return shipping is free of charge.

Exchanges
