Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
  • Refund requests must be made within 180 days of the delivery date.
  • Customized or personalized items may only be refunded if they are defective or damaged.

Return Method & Fees

  • Returns are processed by mail.
  • A prepaid return label is included in your original package.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Return shipping is free of charge.

Exchanges
