Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders using the following carriers based on destination, package size, and service availability: USPS (United States Postal Service), DHL, EMS, and local postal services. We do not allow customers to choose a specific carrier at checkout. Carrier selection is handled internally to optimize cost, speed, and delivery success rates.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on regular business days: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time), excluding the following U.S. federal holidays when both our team and postal services are not operating:

- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next available business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be queued for the next business day.
Please note that order processing will only begin once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed by our payment processor.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates vary based on your shipping address, order volume, and product type. Please note that these are not guaranteed timelines. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we no longer have control over transit delays.

We do not offer overnight shipping or weekend delivery at this time.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to update tracking information in their system. Tracking may not be available immediately, especially during peak seasons or for international handoffs.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Orders containing custom-made or personalized items may require additional design and production time. This delay will depend on the complexity of the design and current production workload. While we aim to process all orders promptly, we will notify you if additional time is needed.
Shipping Availability and Restrictions
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not support shipping to the following areas due to carrier restrictions and fulfillment limitations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays, returns, or permanent loss of your package. We are not responsible for such outcomes caused by customer input errors.
- If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, it may be discarded by the shipping provider or incur additional return costs.
- Customers are responsible for paying any re-shipping fees if the package is returned due to incorrect information.
- We are not liable for loss, misdelivery, or theft if the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer or if you redirect the parcel after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events (“force majeure”). We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed, but cannot guarantee resolution speed during such situations.
